Exciting keynotes\, masterclasses\, culinary events\, a Soil Food & Fermentista Market\, and much more await you\, all revolving around the cycle from soil to gut. The focus of these days will be on our soil and its interconnected impacts on the environment and our health. A significant role is played by sustainable\, responsible\, and enjoyable nutrition. By consciously choosing our diet\, we contribute to the preservation of our soils. In doing so\, we restore the significance of soil for climate and the health of humans and animals.

We recommend you choose to attend once at a time that fits your schedule and drop in by registration! \nSwiss Food & Nutrition Valley is a nationwide initiative to develop\, strengthen and promote food innovation in Switzerland and beyond. We address major challenges in food\, agriculture\, and nutrition by leveraging cutting-edge science and technology for a more sustainable future. \nWhy? You can get to know what the Valley does\, why we exist\, what we do and how we create value for our members. SFNV is all about collaboration!
