DESCRIPTION:The Innovation Booster Future Food Farming powered by Innosuisse invites you to network and jointly design transformative solutions in an open exploration workshop. \nBy understanding current conflicting goals\, stakeholders from farms to citizens\, from research to application\, develop projects that contribute to solving problems and changing the status quo. \nProject funding of CHF 39\,000 can be obtained after participating in the workshop\, incubation sessions and taking into account the conditions of participation.\nTogether we will explore the question: How can the Planetary Health Diet be integrated into sustainable consumption patterns with innovative offers and nudging? What hurdles need to be overcome to reflect the Planetary Health Diet in the value chain? How can the ecological footprint of nutrition be reconciled with today’s supply chain?
