SUMMARY:Open Exploration Workshop in Weinfelden
DESCRIPTION:The Innovation Booster Future Food Farming powered by Innosuisse invites you to network and jointly design transformative solutions in an open exploration workshop. \nBy understanding current conflicting goals\, stakeholders from farms to citizens\, from research to application\, develop projects that contribute to solving problems and changing the status quo. \nProject funding of CHF 39\,000 can be obtained after participating in the workshop\, incubation sessions and taking into account the conditions of participation.\nTogether we will explore the question: How can the Planetary Health Diet be integrated into sustainable consumption patterns with innovative offers and nudging? What hurdles need to be overcome to reflect the Planetary Health Diet in the value chain? How can the ecological footprint of nutrition be reconciled with today’s supply chain? A solution requires a rethinking of production\, consumption and market structures at all levels. \nDuring this workshop we will:\n•	Visit the Lidl Switzerland distribution center.\n•	Recognize obstacles and problems that stand in the way of transformation today.\n•	Better understand the complexity of our agricultural and food system.\n•	Recognize challenges and their actors.\n•	Create opportunity statements that pave the way for new impetus and value-based solutions \nWhy participate?\n•	Join a vibrant\, multidisciplinary community that is passionate about reshaping our food landscape.\n•	Gain deep insights and understanding of relevant hurdles and their profound impact.\n•	Find the right partners for an innovation project and gain funding and support. \nThis event is organized in collaboration with Lidl Switzerland and will be held in German and English.
