Anhand der Beispiele von Upgrain und Luya zeigen wir\, wie Unternehmen aus vermeintlichen Reststoffen neue Produkte\, Wertschöpfung und nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln. Upgrain gewinnt wertvolle Nährstoffe aus Biertrebern zurück und betreibt eine der grössten Food-Upcycling-Anlagen Europas. Luya nutzt Okara\, einen Nebenstrom aus der Tofu-Produktion\, zur Herstellung pflanzlicher Proteinprodukte. Im Webinar sprechen wir mit den beiden Startups darüber\, welche Chancen in Upcycling\, Ressourceneffizienz und zirkulären Wertschöpfungsketten stecken – und was es braucht\, damit solche Ansätze vom innovativen Pilotprojekt in den industriell skalierbaren Markt gelangen.
