DESCRIPTION:This time\, The Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley is going deeper into the valley. By embarking on a journey down the valley and up the mountain towards the picturesque heights of Crans-Montana\, to be precise. We invite you to join us for an interactive and inspiring afterwork at Les Roches’ restaurant Roots in Blûche. This gathering is dedicated to the challenges we often face when implementing change\, the opportunities that come with it and the collaborations that make it happen. \nThe event seeks to spark conversation\, provide practical insights\, and explore how we can create momentum for all stakeholders to be part of the change the industry needs together. This event is part of the « Le Pouvoir de l’assiette »\, also called « The Power of the Plate » project\, run by our Valley partner COOS Change Agency\, together with the Association des Communes de Crans-Montana.
