Food choices shape our health, our environment, and our future. This event explores how healthy nutrition comes to life on plates in restaurants and canteens, and how advice at clinics can shape our daily food choices. We will hear from chefs, health professionals, and nutrition scientists and discuss how different professions can create positive food system change.
