It’s predicted that by 2050 cultured food could be a $1.1 trillion dollar industry creating 9.8 million new jobs globally.
Following on from our successful State of Play event in 2023, we’ll now be bringing key industry players together again to join us for State of Play Cultured Foods 2.0 during the inaugural launch of The Cultured Hub.
We will bring key stakeholders from across the food innovation ecosystem together to:
- Showcase the newly opened The Cultured Hub with all of its potential
- Provide an overview of related initiatives that have flourished in Swiss Food Ecosystem since the last SFNV State of Play, including updates from the working groups
- Update the map of active organisations in this mission
- Explore key legislation, trends and technologies to spot emerging opportunities.
In the morning, participants will hear from leading keynote speakers and have the chance to take part in interactive working sessions, followed by a networking lunch. In the afternoon, Valley partners will be invited to take part in an exclusive Action Forum.
