The Cultured Hub is fully operational! On 3 December 2024, we will officially open the doors to a first of its kind Scale Up as a Service facility focused on Cultivated Food industry right in the centre of Europe. Why? People and planet are facing an increasingly challenged food system, putting pressure on our ability to create healthy, nourishing foods within our planetary boundaries. This platform capability enables us to support our transition to a more sustainable food system, be it meat, fish, dairy, plant cells such as cocoa, and also provides a platform facility that can support development of sustainable solutions in pharma, cosmetics, etc. The Cultured Hub will enable startups and organisations around the world to save time and money in optimizing their processes and scale up production. Now we can work together to scale this industry to where it has a real impact on our food system. The Cultured Hub is dedicated to the cellular agriculture industry with its purpose built, fully installed, flexible, plug & play facility.
