Food in a Tighter Margin World:
The food sector went through a phase of fast funding and high expectations. Some bets were right. Many underestimated biology, regulation, and the cost of scaling. Where food systems break first is now clearer: raw material supply, production consistency, unit economics, and risk pricing. Day 2 of HackSummit is built for founders working on food systems that must keep operating under climate volatility, biological limits, and regulatory challenges.
