State of Play Switzerland: Future Proteins – The pathway to cultured foods
30 January | 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Free – CHF150,00What role do we want cultured food to play in shaping the future of protein in Switzerland?
It is predicted that by 2050 cultured food could be a $1.1 trillion dollar industry creating 9.8 million new jobs globally. On January 30, we’ll bring key stakeholders from across the food innovation ecosystem together to:
- Map out the organizations active in this space
- Explore key trends and technologies to spot opportunities
- Discuss how to tackle current barriers to innovation
- Consider how we can work together to move the agenda forward
In the morning, participants will hear from leading keynote speakers and have the chance to take part in interactive working sessions. Then after lunch we’ll be holding an exclusive session for Valley partners to develop an action plan for cultured foods in 2023 and beyond.
