On 17 June 2025, InnoFood & co returns for its 4th edition at Forum Fribourg. A flagship event dedicated to agri-food innovation in Switzerland, it brings together key players from across the ecosystem every year — including researchers, entrepreneurs, institutions, producers, and project leaders.
Organised by the Cluster Food & Nutrition, this day is designed to spark bold ideas and transform them into concrete, sustainable, and high-impact solutions. InnoFood & co offers a vibrant space for reflection, exchange, and collaboration, with networking moments tailored to foster connections, strategic discussions, and professional opportunities.
This year, two inspiring keynote talks will mark the day: Dominique Truchot Cardot (Institut et Haute École de la Santé La Source) will explore nutritional challenges in Switzerland and the opportunities they offer the agri-food sector. Xavier Cornut (Switzerland Global Enterprise) and Dr. Ina Gruber (Swiss Business Hub Austria) will share insights into the export potential of Swiss products and the prospects for international development.
The programme will also feature several parallel sessions around three core themes:
• Support mechanisms for innovation
• Fermentation and biotechnologies
• Food trends and consumer habits in Switzerland
These topics will be explored in depth by speakers from academia, industry, and public institutions, who will share their expertise and real-world insights. All sessions will be translated simultaneously into French and German.
InnoFood & co is also about innovation on the plate. Fud Läb will curate an experimental lunch — a true culinary immersion, combining boldness, creativity, and local flavour. All dishes will be crafted using products from members of the Cluster Food & Nutrition.
Throughout the day, dedicated networking moments will provide multiple opportunities to connect, discover new projects, and build partnerships. The exhibition space will also highlight innovative initiatives led by key players in the agri-food sector.
