Upcycling Dinner – Food Zürich

One in three food items in Switzerland never makes it to the plate. That adds up to 2.8 million tonnes per year. But what many see as waste, others see as a valuable resource.

At this Upcycling Dinner, Valley startups Luya Foods and EggField will show how byproducts like Okara and Aquafaba can be transformed into delicious dishes.
