The Valley is increasingly recognised as a driving force for transformative change.

Over the past four years, I’ve been thrilled to witness lots of exciting changes across the Swiss food ecosystem. New tools like AI are starting to revolutionise the way we tackle longstanding problems. Strengthened collaboration across the value chain is bringing together knowledge, skills and expertise to develop innovative solutions from farm to fork. And the Valley itself is increasingly recognised as a driving force for transformative change.

So what needs to happen to sustain this momentum in the next four years? For me, Government support and the right policy frameworks will be vital to continue to create the conditions for success. Equally important is our commitment to empowering citizens to make sustainable choices. As we reflect on our progress, we are reminded of the huge collective effort needed to build a healthier, more sustainable future of food. Thank you to each and every one of you who has contributed so generously to this journey.
